The software suite is built on a scalable Web architecture that pre-packages several
important core technologies critical to the automation of studio, field, news, post
production and episodic operations personnel. These include a full-featured web
management platform with detailed forms, a complete communications platform and
a business rules \ workflow engine, among others. The fully web-based, highly secured,
Internet based system provides on-demand, international accessibility to virtually
any authenticated device that supports a web browser - desktops, laptops,

or handheld device - without any specialized client software installation. A central
Microsoft SQL server database supports multiple users, both internally and externally.
Automated managerial decision support is provided by means of exportable ad hoc
financial reports sent via email in an Adobe PDF format on a predefined basis to
a defined distribution group.

The ShowMgr.com application uses a pure Internet architecture without a client.
An Internet browser is all the software and configuration needed; neither pop up
windows, Java applets, or Windows DLLs are necessary for this “thin” client architecture.
Thus, the client can be a web browser, mobile device, or external system that uses
standard Internet technologies such as HTTP, HTML, and XML to communicate with the
ShowMgr.com™ Internet application service. ShowMgr.com™ also delivers an innovative
user interface in its Internet architecture by leveraging standard Internet technologies
such as .net, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and web browser features. This enables
fast and reliable access to the customer’s ShowMgr.com™ account from wherever internet
access is available. ShowMgr.com has also incorporated asynchronous JavaScript calls
(AJAX) to retrieve data using the XMLHttpRequest object. Ajax allows us to quickly
retrieve data without leaving the current web page, thus making the application
quicker, more efficient and user-friendly.
